Are you trying to send hotmail through a yahoo server?
Hello,
First thing, is your account is Yahoo Plus ( Paid Account) than you can configure your account in outlook or any other mail client, the mail server information you are providing is invalid. if you are paid account than follow these steps else you have to upgrade your email account to plus.
Click on Options > POP & Forwarding > Set up or edit POP & Forwarding > View POP Settings > HERE PAGE WILL POP UP and Contains the information regarding configuration
e.g
Server Settings
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 995
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication
Account Name/Username: usmanbinasif@yahoo.com
Email address: usmanbinasif@yahoo.com
Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password
