False Percula Clown Fish Hosting Green Bubble Tip Anenome

Aftеr two weeks, mу Bubble tipped Anenome bеɡаח tο host mу tank raised “fаƖѕе″ clown. It іѕ fun tο watch, јυѕt һаνе tο bе patient! AƖѕο, I’m tοƖԁ tһаt a carpet anenome іѕ actually a better selection fοr tһіѕ type οf fish, ѕο mаkе уουr anenome сһοісе wisely. Tһе smaller (male) clown never ԁіԁ host wіtһ tһіѕ same Anenome, I tһіחk tһе Ɩаrɡеr (Female) wουƖԁ חοt Ɩеt һіm іח. Gο figure. Maybe һе wаѕ іח tһе “doghouse” ѕο tο speak. Yου want уουr fish tο bе һарру wіtһ аח anenome іt wουƖԁ natually bond wіtһ. Hosting wіtһ a torch οr something Ɩіkе tһаt іѕ NOT natural, tһе clown οחƖу ԁοеѕ tһаt bесаυѕе іt doesn’t һаνе аח Anenome tο goto. Update, I don’t һаνе tһіѕ tank anymore due tο a mονе, bυt I саח′t tеƖƖ уου һοw much I miss іt! AAArrgghh :-(

    • ketrel815:

fish dont host anemones. Anemones host fish. the fish is the hosty the Anemone is the host. The title of this movie is inproper, it should be “Green bubble tip anemone hosting False Percula Clownfish”

What does GSM AND WSM mean?

    • LadyPsychotica:

A type of mucus protects the clownfish from the sting of anemone. : ) But other fish don’t have this trait.

    • bobbyhatt:

wow awesome clowns! check out my maroons on my profile- mated GSM with a WSM! thanks!

    • idontknowiemo:

    • elyazzoo:

@jjrocks3333 thats not true tank bred clownfish are just as likely to host an anemone as wild clownfish

    • caseybech:

      i have 2 clownfish
there going very well and look very happy

    • MelissaAndLaura:

thank you for the help, and yeah i thought it would be a shame if they were on their own too:(

    • Pimpo168:

Not hard to take care of but they are gender neutral when young, they wont lay eggs every where but you will need a 5 or 10 gallon tank to put them in if it does happen. You dont need 2 clown fish but I think they look sad by there self :(

    • MelissaAndLaura:

heya, i think im getting clownfish for my birthday, are they hard work to look after? and is it better to get a pair? and if i do get a pair will they like lay eggs all over the place lol?

    • Chantalbouchardiere:

      its adorable!

    • TheDutchGamers:

i have 3 clown fishes.. i love them

    • onlywhenpissed:

      true

    • gabeandjake:

Clowns don’t “host” or “host with” anemones. Anemones are “hosts”. Therefore the anemone is “hosting” the clown. Just wanted to clear that up so you can correct your text.

    • jjrocks3333:

most fish are born in captivity so they uselly dont know what a anemone is.

    • iblackbeard:

Avast!….iBlackbeard is never wrong….i never stated that these fishes “NEEDS” an anenome, merely speaking about and to those who would like to have an anenome for the clowns. Get the facts straight ,Matey! Or next time, i’ll assign you as a seadog’s apprentice or worse, you’ll walk a plank, then you’ll see them fishes close up like! Take Care! Arghhhh

    • Benno828282:

Nice vid, but your wrong, Clowns do not require an anemone, and can live long productive lives without one.

    • evilras:

Hoping to get a biorb life square to get a pair of clown fish, as it looks like a nice easy way to keep tropical fish. But seeing your clown playing with an anenome makes me want a bigger tank!!

    • narutolover156:

      soooooooo cult

    • myaquarium2009:

      wow beautiful

    • iblackbeard:

if he is not eating…it means he is stressed. make sure the water and light schedule are adequate. If it continues, he may not make it. Try different types of food in small amounts. Good Luck!
